The banknote designs of 1863 were designed on the basis of drawings by the artist Alexander Fadeyev and the changes to the future Mint Director Soldan were commissioned by the stonemason Eduard Mandel

The 1882 model was designed by architect Johan Jakob Ahrenberg - the drawings of the much simpler 1894 model were made by the artist Fristrup

1998 The front of the banknotes was printed in London and the back in Helsinki, the drawings were checked by Walter Runeberg
